Dear twenty-14 ,
I'm so excited to get in . 2013 was a great year too , but I think you'll rock , let's just say I am so enthusiastic (that I rarely go) . New years are always hectic , aren't they? A lot of resolutions , promises and goals are made to achieve and yada yada yada.
But you know what , you're not going to be another year . Nope , I'll tell you why .
I turned 16 in 2013 (in case you didn't know) , learned a lot about things I didn't know ,
planned and achieved things I couldn't even imagine of , but now I want to do more . Yes dear twenty-14 , I want to do more .
Firecrackers and other stuff are being gathered . Beaches are getting lighten up already , my neighbors are setting up BBQ arrangements , mom is planning a nice dinner . All for new year eve , hah festive , isn't it? You're getting a welcome prty dude.
But my goals for you are slightly different , I am planning to be better than I was . Okay , it's not just-another-overwhelming-little-girl writing , by that I actually mean a better somebody who can open Pepsi can without opener (BOO , so difficult task) , help others a lot more without getting into justice league , a student who's prepared like seriously , a blogger whose blog is not only an entertaining place but also something valuable & helpful and finally , a BETTER human being.
Dear twenty-14 , you should be ready :
To see me achieving the goals I abandoned in my cupboard last month . Perhaps it's not an original task , but what so ever .
To see me being organized without using organizing tips cut offs from monthly magazines.
(Seventeen magazine , anyone? )
To see me traveling more and more and more.
And finally , to see me completing all of my blogging goals ! So are you ready?
With love (and a cup of tea) ,
Cheers to success friends!!! What do you have in mind for 2014?
I have a sweet blogger to introduce on blog today . Jess from Living on Sweet Tea .
I'm Jess! I'm currently living in sunny south ( its 85* here right now) Florida where I soak up as much sun and salt water as possible. In 2009 I was married; by the end of 2012 I was divorced. This is my story of getting back on the market and living a life I never had the chance to. Let me tell you something, doing it as an adult is a whole nother' story.
Stop by and say hi !
